For being first-time home buyers, there was a lot of information that we researched on our own, but it was clear we had just scratched the surface. She initially went over key information for home buying in our area, budget, and preferences, as well as answered all of our questions. In the rest of our home-buying experience, she did a great job at explaining everything as needed. When there were homes that interested us, she immediately set up showings. It was a bit of a challenge even knowing what we wanted, but she was very understanding and set up different style homes as well as in different areas that interested us. As we toured each home we gave her feedback on what we liked and didn’t like. That helped narrow our search down even more. Since this was our first time buying a house, Rossy was able to recommend to us various inspectors that she had had success within the past. She took care of all the appointments and communication with the seller's agent and at the same time informed us of what was going on. She also took great health and safety precautions which included touring homes with masks and gloves as well as making most documents available to sign over DocuSign. We also had various video calls and met in person as needed. As far as the very competitive market, she made her best recommendations for offers and negotiations. In the end, we got a great deal and were extremely satisfied with our final offer. Overall, we were extremely happy with the home-buying process as Rossy made it as easy as possible for us!
